The Grievance Redressal Committee of CEC Jhanjeri is a crucial body that addresses the concerns and grievances of students and faculty members. Committed to ensuring a conducive and harmonious campus environment, the committee comprises faculty members and administrative staff who are empathetic and impartial in their approach.

Whether it pertains to academic issues, administrative concerns, or personal grievances, the committee diligently investigates each case, striving for a just outcome. With a focus on promoting open communication and fostering trust within the institution, the Grievance Redressal Committee plays a vital role in upholding the values of fairness, equity, and accountability at CEC Jhanjeri.

Objectives

  • Investigates Concerns: The committee looks into problems raised by students, teachers, and other staff members (teaching and non-teaching staff)
  • Resolves Issues: It deals with complaints on an individual basis, for entire classes, and for issues that affect everyone (grievances of common interest)
  • Reviews Decisions: The committee also considers appeals of decisions made by other committees or authorities within the organization
  • Tracks and Addresses Problems: They keep a record of all grievances (maintain a register) and regularly review them to take corrective action (remedial action) when needed
  • Escalates Serious Matters: If a problem is outside the committee's authority to fix, it gets forwarded to management for further action
