The Department of CSE – APEX is dedicated to emerging technologies like AIDS, AIML and DS. The department is committed to producing future-ready engineers who are equipped with the knowledge, skills and mindset to tackle real-world challenges through innovation and technology.

CSE-APEX offers an industry-aligned curriculum that emphasizes hands-on learning, interdisciplinary knowledge and exposure to cutting-edge tools and platforms. Welcome to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (APEX) — a vibrant hub of innovation, creativity and academic excellence. Our department proudly offers B.Tech programs in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML), Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AIDS), Computer Science(Data Science) and Internet of Things and Cybersecurity including BlockChain Technology designed to empower students with the knowledge and skills that define the future of technology.

In today’s rapidly evolving digital world, the boundaries of computing are constantly expanding. At CSE–APEX, we are committed to preparing our students not only to adapt but to lead in the era of intelligent systems, data-driven decision making and transformative innovations. PO1:Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
PO2: Ability to identify, formulate, research literature and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences and engineering sciences.
PO3: Ability to design solutions for complex engineering problems and design systems, components or processes that meet specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental considerations.

This proposal aims to establish an official coding club under the CSE APEX Department. The club will serve as a hub for students to develop technical skills, engage in project displays, participate in coding competitions, attend workshops and cultivate a vibrant coding culture. Our vision is to create an inclusive environment where budding developers can learn, innovate and collaborate.

Goals:

As technology continues to evolve, coding has become a cornerstone skill in both academic and professional settings. Recognizing the need for a dedicated platform, this proposal seeks to create a club that will:
Provide hands-on experience in real-world projects.

IIC Chapter

The Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) is an initiative of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, established under the MoE's Innovation Cell (MIC) to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

What is an IIC Chapter?

An IIC Chapter is a local body formed within an HEI (like a university or college) to systematically promote innovation and startup culture among students and faculty. Each IIC chapter functions as a mini-innovation ecosystem within the institution

Objectives of IIC:

• Promote Innovation in the institution through various means.
• Encourage Startups and entrepreneurship development.
• Support Ideation to Prototype to Startup Journey.
• Organize Innovation & Entrepreneurship-related Activities regularly.
• Establish strong linkage between academia, industry and the community.

Oracle Academy

Oracle Academy is Oracle’s global educational program. It offers free resources to educators and students in secondary schools, technical/vocational schools and higher education institutions. The program aims to equip learners with in-demand skills in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data science and software development
Key Offerings :

• Curriculum & Software: Oracle Academy provides comprehensive curriculum materials, including workshops, lesson plans and hands-on labs, covering topics like Java programming, database systems and cloud infrastructure. Educators also gain access to Oracle software tools such as Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, NetSuite and Primavera
• Cloud Access: Through the Oracle Academy Cloud Program, members receive free access to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), enabling students to work with real-world cloud technologies .
